What is WelShip Flow?
WelShip Flow is a project management tool for small businesses: kanban boards, sprints, roadmaps, time tracking and reports in one place.
Is it a good fit if we’re not an IT team?
Absolutely. Most of our customers are agencies, offices and service companies. Advanced features like sprints are entirely optional.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, iOS and Android apps are included in every plan, including Free.

How long does it take to get started?
For a small team, one afternoon. On the Business plan we help with import and training.
Can I import data from Trello or Jira?
Yes. There’s a built-in importer for Trello, Jira, Asana and CSV files, including comments and attachments.
Which languages does the app support?
Latvian, English and German. Each user can choose their own language.
Pricing & billing
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — for up to 5 users, with no time limit. No credit card required.
How does billing work?
By card or invoice (annual plans). You can change the number of users at any time; charges are prorated.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with no penalties. You can export all your data before cancelling.
Security
Where is my data stored?
In data centres within the European Union, with daily backups.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes, a DPA is available to all customers on paid plans.
